The TC Series can produce 4-inch-wide labels, tags or receipts at up to 6 ips, offering one of the best price-performance combinations on the desktop printer market. Do you have a requirement for printing your own Wash Care Labels? We have put together a Package deal so you can start printing onto Satin Materials Straight away. The System uses a TSC TC300 300dpi Desktop Printer. This printer is a 300dpi model and offers printed text (dealing with smaller finer fonts) & Logos printed onto the satin labels. As a mono colour printer it can only use 1 printer ribbon at a time, with the recommendation to print different colours on separate labels. If you are not conversant with this type of print technology, we recommend that you contact our tech support before purchasing the system

Included with this printer package deal is 1 x Roll of White Satin Material (50 Meters in length), 1 x Black Printer Ribbon and the Label design Software (Please note, the Satin Material and Printer ribbons may arrive in a separate parcel). How does it work? After placing both Roll of Satin and printer ribbon (the printer’s ink) in to the printer the print-head heats up and transfers the designed image (from the label designs software) from the Ribbon on to the Satin material. All of our care label materials are compatible with this printer, dealing with both high washing temperatures and the dry cleaning process. You can design all the necessary care information in the software and then print this onto your satin labels. Then you can cut the labels off and sew them into your products.

Please note the following
We are only able to supply this printing system to the UK Country's. We are unable to offer to country's outside of these areas due to agreement with the Manufacturer (TSC). The Self Adhesive Satin & Recycled Satin is only available in 25mm and 32mm with this package deal &The Woven Edge Materials are available in 25mm, 30mm, 40mm & 50mm widths. The Care Symbols we provide are Windows Fonts and will need to be installed into your Fonts folder on your computer. We do not recommend using this system with an Apple MAC - Suitable for Windows only
