Our technical support team is here to help you get the most from your Wash Care Label printing equipment and software. Whether you're setting up a new printer, troubleshooting a printing issue, or need guidance with label design software, we're ready to assist.

Remote Support Sessions

Most issues can be resolved through a remote support session. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide instructions for connecting to our support team at the scheduled time. We use Teamviewer. We can email you a Link to accept the remote viewing.
