Product Details

Our Fray Resistant Satin is a tougher, Firmer Garment Care Label and is able to deal with products that deal with harsher conditions. As per its name, it is also far more resistant to fraying than our softer satin materials. It looks very similar to the Standard Soft Satin, but is more likely to be used in products that do not touch the skin (as it can be a bit itchy). As a firmer material, you only have to sew in 1 end of the material in to the products too. This material is available in various widths in White and can be printed with our specialist wash care inks, with colours including Black & Red. The White Fray Resistant Satin materials Including the Black, White & Red Text have all been approved for EN71-3 & Oeko-Tex Regulations. All Labels have a tolerance of 1mm, this includes both label material width and also positioning of the printed text

Available Options:

Label Widths : These are the available widths for this Satin material 10mm / 15mm / 25mm / 32mm / 38mm / 50mm
Supplied : We can either supply the labels 'On a Roll' or 'Pre-Cut'
Label Designs : How many label designs do you require? This includes any change of Model detail (model number or name)
If required, please use the text box to enter the different model numbers, placing a comma, between each model number.
Sequential Numbers : Are your labels being Sequentially numbered? e.g. 001, 002, 003....etc. (If required, Please enter the sequential numbers in the text box) This can also include multiples of the same number. So in this example we have 5 labels printed with the same number, before incrementing to the next number 001, 001, 001, 001, 001, 002, 002, 002, 002, 003, 003, 003, 003, 003 etc.
Labels Total Quantity : Please select the total amount of labels required.
Upload Artwork : Please either use your own fully designed artworks, or the image we send you off the label design to upload.
Comments : Please enter any other important details for the labels in this text box if required.
Quantity : Is always set to 1. Please add to bag when you have selected all required options & Check out
